Quadrant, the independent UK real estate asset management and development company, has appointed Will Rowson and Albert Ganyushin to its newly created non-executive advisory board. Will and Albert will bring their experience, expertise and contacts to support Quadrant’s future growth and development.
Will Rowson is a highly experienced senior real estate professional and business leader, with a career spanning more than 40 years in the property sector. He founded Newland Capital Partners, the London-based advisory firm focused on real estate investment strategy and equity raising, and was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Global Student Accommodation, where he led a global team and oversaw AUM of $4.2 billion. He has also previously held senior roles at Hodes Weill, CBRE Investment Management and Strutt & Parker.
Albert Ganyushin has 30 years of leadership experience in capital markets, corporate finance, IPO advisory and strategic governance. His experience spans multiple sectors, including being Chairman of two LSE-listed technology businesses, Head of International Listings at Euronext and Head of EMEA Listings at the New York Stock Exchange.
