Background

Developed on the site of a former school in Chelsea, the scheme delivered a collection of highly bespoke residences set within landscaped gardens. Each home was fully furnished by leading interior designers and designed to meet the exacting standards of the ultra-prime residential market.

What We Did

Provided development consultancy services, coordinating an international consultant and contractor team to deliver a £250 million luxury residential development in a conservation area.

Asset Management Initiatives

• Appointed as development consultant to coordinate an international team of designers and contractors.
• Oversaw the delivery of a complex residential scheme involving retained façades, three basement levels and extensive resident amenities.
• Worked closely with the project team to realise the client’s vision whilst navigating challenging planning and engineering requirements.
