Quadrant and Singapore-based investment partner purchase City of London office from USS
6 Gracechurch Street
Background
Acquired in August 2024 on behalf of a Taiwanese family office, on whose behalf Quadrant has been mandated to advise on the aggregation of a Central London core plus office portfolio, including the provision of Asset and Development Management services.
Asset Management Initiatives
The property was originated, underwritten and then acquired in a competitive process.
Since then, a proactive asset management strategy has been implemented resulting in the renewal of the first lease expiry.
Additionally, to guard against future value erosion, we have implemented a Decarbonisation project designed to move the building to being fully electric. This has included the replacement of the HVAC and BMS whilst maintaining full services for the occupiers.
