Acquired for Ashby Capital in 2019.The property is a modern, purpose-built retail park comprising 13 retail warehouse units and 1 restaurant unit.
Asset Management Initiatives
The park was acquired fully let with a WAULT to break of 6.60 years, including tenants such as B&Q, Pets at Home, Dreams, Wren, Natuzzi, DFS, Sofology, Oak Furniture land, Tapi, Dunelm and Frankie & Benny’s.
The asset management strategy focused on growing the existing income and improving the WAULT, while also introducing an improved catering offer and upgrading customer experience and services.
Lease extensions were agreed in 2024 including; Dreams, Wren, ScS, Dunelm, Tapi. Former Frankie & Benny’s unit converted into Costa Coffee drive thru.
Further improvements included electric vehicle charging, signage refurbishment, ANPR, customer Wi-Fi installation and CCTV upgrade.

Meet the team who worked on the Abbotsinch project
Sara was at LaSalle for 21 years prior to joining Quadrant in September. She has worked in the Retail sector as an asset manager since 2010, primarily in the Out of Town sector overseeing the asset management of 7 large retail parks as well as a portfolio of supermarkets, trade counter and high street properties with a value of c. £400m. Prior to this she worked on mixed asset classes including a portfolio of offices in Birmingham as well as a diverse range of industrial, trade counter, hotel and leisure properties across the UK.
