Asset Management Initiatives
Quadrant took over the asset management of Linkway Retail Park to assist the Landlord in reducing the vacancy and extending the WAULT after a tenant relocation and a tenant restructuring plan. The scheme is currently let to 9 tenants with a WAULT of 4.66 years to expiry.
We are in the process of letting the vacant unit to a major national retailer. As part of this process planning has been submitted to secure consent for a full cover mezzanine to allow the incoming tenant to trade. In addition substantial landlord works are required to the unit. Likely lease start date will be in 2027. Once this completes the WAULT to expiry will be 6.07 years.

Meet the team who worked on the Linkway Retail Park project
Sara was at LaSalle for 21 years prior to joining Quadrant in September. She has worked in the Retail sector as an asset manager since 2010, primarily in the Out of Town sector overseeing the asset management of 7 large retail parks as well as a portfolio of supermarkets, trade counter and high street properties with a value of c. £400m. Prior to this she worked on mixed asset classes including a portfolio of offices in Birmingham as well as a diverse range of industrial, trade counter, hotel and leisure properties across the UK.
