Offices that work harder. Quadrant takes an end-to-end approach to office development, investment and asset management – identifying value at every stage of the lifecycle and delivering on it.

For over three decades, we have specialised in acquiring, repositioning, developing and asset managing office buildings across London and the UK. Our team combines investment, development, leasing, funding and asset management expertise, allowing us to seamlessly manage assets through every stage of their lifecycle.

Our office asset management approach is rooted in active ownership. We work closely with investors, lenders and occupiers to create and execute business plans that enhance income, strengthen tenant relationships, improve building performance and unlock long-term value. Whether managing a stabilised investment or overseeing a complex repositioning project, we take a hands-on approach, identifying opportunities to increase rental growth, drive leasing activity, optimise operating performance and create distinctive workplaces that remain competitive throughout market cycles.

Alongside our asset management expertise, we have a proven track record of delivering transformational office developments, from landmark refurbishments and repositioning projects to ground-up schemes in some of the UK’s most sought-after locations. We focus on creating highly sustainable, occupier-led buildings that meet the demands of modern businesses.

By challenging every aspect of a scheme, from design efficiency and procurement strategy to leasing and operations, we maximise value while delivering workplaces where people want to spend time.

Our experience spans major office developments, refurbishment programmes, investment acquisitions and long-term asset management mandates. Every project is underpinned by the same philosophy: creating buildings that combine strong financial performance, exceptional occupier experience and enduring relevance.
